2023 World Police Fire Games, Winnipeg, MB, Canada

28th July - 6th Aug 2023
Held biennially, the World Police and Fire Games (WPFG) is an Olympic-style competition with more than 8,500 athletes representing law enforcement, firefighters, and police officers from more than 50 countries across the world. These athletes compete in more than 60 unique sports. Founded and hosted several times in the United States, past host countries include, Australia, Canada, China, Northern Ireland, Spain, and Sweden.
Firefighters For Christ commits to having a presence at every WPFG in order to provide opportunities for firefighters to engage in the Great Commission, and go!  There are many ways to go on mission with FFC at the WPFG. Represent your fire agency as an athlete and compete by wearing the FFC uniform, participate in outreach events at the games hosted by FFC, help staff our outreach table at the WPFG Expo, connect with first responders worldwide by passing out FFC ministry aids at WPFG sporting venues or come and support our FFC athletes! But actually, there is really no limit to the ways God can use you at the Games!
This year the Manitoba FFC Chapter is taking the lead in planning our outreach efforts at the Games. Sam Murray is the point-man and he can be contacted for any questions with the contact information provided.
Updates for this mission will be posted here as we receive them. So check occasionally.
In the meantime, visit the WPFG website to find your sport, register and secure accommodations.

But most importantly, pray. Pray about going and pray for our mission to the 2023 WPFG in Winnipeg!
