1. Complete contact and shipping information.
Parcel services will not deliver to a PO box
2. Complete the order form stating quantity and size in the space provided
Please note each item is numbered and corresponds to the order form
Please note additional costs for XXL+ sizes
3. Submit Order (red button at the bottom of the form)
4. The order form is emailed directly to the apparel vendor.
5. Based on items selected, the vendor emails an invoice including shipping costs to the customer.
6. After the customer pays the invoice the order is completed and shipped by vendor.

FFC is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete orders. Work directly with the vendor to address any issues
