Chapter History

FFC Los Angeles is a non-profit, local chapter of Firefighters For Christ International.. Our goal is to encourage firefighters to live their lives for Jesus Christ.  We strictly adhere to FFC International's policies and beliefs.

Firefighters For Christ was established in January, 1976, at a breakfast meeting in Southern California. In June of 1978, Firefighters For Christ became international and was established as an incorporated organization. Its non-profit tax exemption is classified under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Its vision is to reach firefighters worldwide with the gospel of Jesus Christ and to make disciples of them.

Its mission goal is to encourage firefighters to live their lives for Jesus Christ.
- Hebrews 10:24-25

Its ministry focus is to know Christ.
- John 17:3 and Philippians 3:10

This video was given to our FFC team during our Guadalupe, Mexico outreach.
This slideshow was used as an introduction to our training trip to Guadalupe, Mexico in 2010. It introduced Firefighters For Christ and the many outreaches that we have been to. This is a slight variation to our FFC Los Angeles slide show.
